We recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Galea & Faustin Solicitors, a Melbourne law firm based in Narre Warren, on team headshots. If you are looking for an amazing team of solicitors this team are welcoming, professional and will set your mind at ease.
Galea & Faustin provides family law, immigration, property, wills and estates, commercial law and civil litigation. The team is culturally diverse and multilingual, speaking across English, French, Spanish, Creole, Mandarin, Hebrew, Malay, Punjabi and Hindi, to assist clients navigating complex legal matters in their own language.
Founded in 2018 by principal solicitor Patricia Galea, who started as a sole practitioner and has since built the firm into a thriving practice of 12 lawyers and support staff. Her husband Nathan Galea joined as Practice Manager, bringing more than 20 years of people management experience to the team.

A few principles we kept front of mind throughout the shoot:
Consistency across the team. When every team member’s headshot is shot the same way, the firm looks unified and intentional. Mismatched, dated or DIY photos send the opposite signal.
Approachability without losing authority. Clients are often coming to lawyers during difficult life moments. They need to see a face that looks competent and human at the same time.
Currency. A headshot taken five years ago, before a haircut, a glasses change or a career step up, quietly undermines the rest of the brand work.
Brand alignment. A firm whose differentiator is care should show they are a professional legal practice. Photography is one of the strongest tools for visualising what makes a firm different.
Behind the scenes
A team headshot session is as much about the experience as the final images. We work hard to make the day feel relaxed and well-paced, so each team member arrives at the camera ready to give their best. We look at the details to make sure everyone looks their best and ease the nerves for natural, authentic smiles.
