Corporate Event Photography & Videography Melbourne | Capturing RESONATE26

People rarely connect with an organisation for the first time in person anymore.

They connect through your website, LinkedIn, media presence, internal communications, event coverage and social platforms long before a conversation ever happens.

That’s why professional corporate photography and videography matter more than ever.

Recently, Encore Studio had the privilege of capturing RESONATE26 — a powerful two-day event created for government communicators ready to step fully into their purpose, power and presence.

And what an event it was.

More than a Conference

Behind every great event is someone quietly making hundreds of decisions to ensure everything runs seamlessly. For RESONATE26, that person was Ros Weadman from Marcomms Australia.

Ros poured her heart into every aspect of the event, from selecting the perfect venue and curating an outstanding speaker lineup to shaping the branding, attendee experience, and every detail in between.

She personally welcomed attendees and team members with handwritten notes, introduced the event team before the conference began, and created an environment where everyone felt valued and part of something special.

The response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, and it was inspiring to see the care, passion, and professionalism that went into creating such a memorable and impactful experience.

The Round: A perfect event venue

The Round in Ringwood provided the ideal setting for RESONATE26. So suited, the building even illuminated in the event’s brand colours at one point. Its striking architecture and thoughtful design created a professional and welcoming backdrop for learning, networking, and connection.

The staff were, as always, a pleasure to work with. Attentive to every detail and dedicated to ensuring the event ran seamlessly.

The catering was beautifully presented and equally impressive in taste, adding another layer of quality to an already exceptional experience.

Keynote speaker and MC – Peter Merrett

National award-winning keynote speaker Peter Merrett, author of Wonderlicious, served as MC across the two days, opening the event and setting the tone for insight, reflection, and fun.

Peter brought a wonderful balance of energy and professionalism, keeping attendees engaged while ensuring the event flowed seamlessly.

His attention to detail extended beyond the stage, right down to the colour of the lighting—something greatly appreciated by us, photography and videography team.

His warmth, approach, and ability to connect with the audience helped create an atmosphere that was both inspiring and welcoming.

Michelle Bowden author of  ‘how to PERSUADE’

Author, professional speaker, and communication expert Michelle Bowden opened day two with her trademark energy and enthusiasm.

Michelle has a remarkable ability to lift a room the moment she enters it. Before she even stepped onto the stage, she took the time to connect with attendees, getting to know people individually and creating an immediate sense of engagement.

Her warmth, authenticity, and passion for helping others communicate more effectively set the perfect tone for the day ahead and had the audience engaged from the very beginning.

Corporate Event Photography & Videography Melbourne

Events like RESONATE26 are a reminder of why professional corporate event photography and videography matter.

Long after the presentations have finished and the conversations have ended, visual content continues to tell the story. Professional imagery and video capture the energy, expertise, connections, and impact of an event, creating valuable assets for future marketing, sponsorship opportunities, social media, media releases, and internal communications.

More importantly, they preserve the moments that make an event memorable, helping organisations showcase their people, celebrate their achievements, and inspire future audiences to be part of the next experience.
